After making an appointment with your counselor, you will be asked to fill out the pre-treatment form. For your first appointment we will review your pre-treatment form. Be sure to bring your your insurance card, and if applicable co-payment or deductible. Your first session will last about 1 hours 20 minutes. All other sessions are usually scheduled for 50 minutes. Many insurance companies will help cover the cost of services provided by your licensed professional counselor.
